For partners
We look after the houses your clients can't.
MonoHaus looks after empty and part-time homes across Japan for families who've inherited a house far away, and owners who live abroad — in Japanese or English, with a photo report after every visit.
Who to send us
- Families who've inherited a house they can't visit or decide about
- Owners living overseas, or buyers from abroad after the sale
- Anyone paying tax on a house nobody lives in
What we do
- Regular visits with a photo report
- Repairs arranged and checked, with quotes approved first
- Property tax, post and bills handled
- 24/7 emergency coordination after storms and earthquakes
- An owner dashboard in Japanese or English
Plans from ¥14,000 a month. A one-off first inspection by a licensed inspector, with our team attending: ¥55,000, report in Japanese or English.

How we thank you
- Real estate agents and others: a referral fee, agreed with you in writing, when the family signs up for a management plan and stays on it for 30 days.
- Lawyers, judicial scriveners and tax accountants, whose professional rules can restrict referral fees: we refer our clients who need your services to you instead.
