Your link and your page
A link to share, and a private page where you can introduce someone directly. Either way, they're credited to you.
We take it from there
Inspections, repairs, tax and post, in English or Japanese, with a photo report after every visit.
You stay in the loop
Your page shows how each referral is going, and we email you when someone gets in touch or becomes a client.
A thank-you that fits your rules
Agents and others receive a referral fee when a family signs up for a management plan and stays on it for 30 days. Lawyers, scriveners and tax accountants, whose professional rules can restrict referral fees, receive referrals of our clients instead.

Read the terms

Only introduce people who have agreed to be contacted by MonoHaus. Introducing someone through your page confirms they have.
We contact the people you introduce directly, and look after their details under our privacy policy. We don't charge them anything extra because they came through you.
A family is credited to the first partner who introduces them, and only if they aren't already our client and haven't been in touch with us in the past 12 months. Credit lasts 12 months from the introduction, or for good once they become a client. To protect our clients' privacy, we may not be able to tell you why an introduction wasn't credited.
We thank each partner in a way agreed in writing: a referral fee, or referrals of our clients who need your services. Where a partner's professional rules restrict referral fees (for example lawyers, judicial scriveners and tax accountants), we thank them with referrals instead.
A referral fee is earned when the family signs up for a MonoHaus management plan for their home, and becomes payable 30 days later if they're still on the plan then. A first inspection or one-off work on its own doesn't count. It's shown on your partner page and paid by bank transfer to the account you give us there, with a statement. Where the law requires it, we withhold income tax and show it on the statement.
You don't act on MonoHaus's behalf, and either of us can end the arrangement at any time. Referral fees already due are still paid.
