北九州Kyushu
Kitakyushu grew up around the Yawata steelworks, and its five former towns still show it: the brick port buildings of Mojiko, Kokura's castle and shopping streets, and hillside neighbourhoods of mid-century family homes. Prices are modest by Japanese city standards, and MonoHaus manages Kitakyushu apartments and houses for owners abroad, in English.
Many homes in older districts sit up narrow, sloping lanes and have stood empty since a relative moved or passed away. We take on the airing, water-running, garden and repair work, and deal with the Japanese paperwork that comes with an inherited house.

地域の特徴Local know-how
Kokura is a shinkansen stop on the line to Osaka and Tokyo, and Kitakyushu Airport sits offshore on its own island. Owners can reach their property easily, and we keep it ready for the visit.
Steep sites and decades-old houses mean retaining walls, timber and roofs need checking. We spot problems early and coordinate local contractors, so a vacant home doesn't become a problem for the neighbours.
