川崎Kanto
Kawasaki runs as a narrow strip along the Tama River between Tokyo and Yokohama. It has the high-rise towers of Musashi-Kosugi, bayside industrial districts and leafy hillside suburbs, and commuters can reach Shibuya, Shinagawa or Haneda quickly. For international investors and owners who have moved abroad, that makes it a place where rental flats seldom sit empty for long.
Most Kawasaki property is apartments, so the work is mostly about tenants, building associations and paperwork rather than snow or gardens. MonoHaus places and supports tenants, deals with the management company and condominium association, and explains Japanese notices in English. We also keep an eye on river-flood risk, which the 2019 typhoon brought home in Musashi-Kosugi.

地域の特徴Local know-how
Lots of students and young workers rent near Kawasaki and Musashi-Kosugi stations, so tenants turn over often. We handle listings with local agents, check-in and check-out inspections, deposit settlement and renewal fees.
We follow association meetings, large-scale repair plans and levies on your behalf. For units in low-lying areas near the Tama River, we also check the hazard map and building flood measures before typhoon season.
