愛媛Shikoku
Ehime runs along Shikoku's northwest coast, from Imabari at the Shikoku end of the Shimanami Kaido bridges, through Matsuyama and its Dogo Onsen, to the terraced citrus hills of the Uwa Sea. Old merchant towns like Uchiko and Ozu, island homes off Imabari, and orchards with farmhouses attached all find their way to international owners. MonoHaus handles their care from start to finish, reporting in English.
Matsuyama is reachable by air or by fast ferry from Hiroshima, but much of the prefecture is long drives along the coast. We act as your eyes on the ground: seasonal inspections, airing and water-running, garden and orchard upkeep, and photo reports in English.

地域の特徴Local know-how
Southern Ehime saw serious flooding in July 2018, including along the Hiji River at Ozu. We check drainage and ground-floor condition ahead of the rainy season and inspect after severe weather.
Hillside citrus plots and gardens grow back fast in Ehime's warm climate. We arrange mowing, pruning, and slope upkeep so neighbours stay happy and the land stays usable.
