札幌Hokkaido
Sapporo is Hokkaido's capital and a big, orderly grid city, with an airport rapid train to New Chitose and ski slopes and the Jozankei onsen valley on its edge. International owners hold rental apartments here, or keep a city base to pair with a ski property, and MonoHaus manages both in English.
Sapporo homes are built for winter — double glazing, heavy insulation, kerosene or gas heating, and in many detached houses flat roofs designed to hold the snow and drain it as it melts. Those systems need running and checking, especially in a unit that is empty for weeks at a time.

地域の特徴Local know-how
When the heating is off, Sapporo's winter can freeze and split water pipes. We use the home's drain-down valves to empty the water system before long vacancies, refill and check it afterwards, and look after heating and kerosene supply.
Most Sapporo property is apartments in managed buildings. We liaise with the building's management company, follow its rules on snow and repairs, and handle tenant placement and turnover.
