Monthly Inspections

We visit your property every month and document everything — structure, security, weather damage, utilities, pest signs, neighbor issues. You receive a full report with 25+ photos within 48 hours.

Garden & Grounds

庭園管理

Japanese gardens don't manage themselves. Basic tidying (weeds, trimming) is included in Monitoring. Full seasonal maintenance — pruning, lawn care, autumn leaf clearing, winter prep — comes with Full Management.

Mail Collection & Forwarding

We collect your property mail, scan important documents, and forward them digitally. Tax notices, utility bills, municipal letters — nothing sits unopened. Bill payment coordination included.
