Japanese gardens don't manage themselves. Basic tidying (weeds, trimming) is included in Monitoring. Full seasonal maintenance — pruning, lawn care, autumn leaf clearing, winter prep — comes with Full Management.

We collect your property mail, scan important documents, and forward them digitally. Tax notices, utility bills, municipal letters — nothing sits unopened. Bill payment coordination included.
入居者管理
When your property is ready for tenants, we handle everything — listing, screening, background checks, lease preparation, rent collection, and move-in coordination. All in Japanese, reported in English.
