Service Agreement

By using MonoHaus services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our property management services are provided under Japanese law and regulations.

Property Management Services

  • Property maintenance and inspection services
  • Tenant screening and management
  • Financial reporting and rent collection
  • Legal compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Emergency response and coordination

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property and contact information
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Pay service fees as agreed upon
  • Comply with Japanese property ownership regulations
  • Respond promptly to urgent matters

Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Payment terms, late fees, and billing procedures are specified in your contract.

Limitation of Liability

MonoHaus provides professional property management services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited as specified in individual service agreements and applicable Japanese law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination procedures and final obligations are outlined in individual contracts.
