How quickly can you start?
Your first visit is usually 1–2 weeks after you say yes, and within 30 days we've agreed a care plan with you.
Is everything in English?
Yes. Every report, message, and update is in English. We handle all Japanese communication.
What are your fees?
Three plans by how often we visit: quarterly from ¥14,000/mo, every other month, or monthly from ¥42,000/mo. Add-ons like Starlink, cameras, and deep cleaning are available on any plan. No hidden costs.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes — we take emergency calls 24/7 and aim to dispatch a contractor within 24 hours, in all 47 prefectures. We'll always do our best to be faster, though timing can depend on weather, disasters and contractor availability in your area.
