Referral Program Terms: The MonoHaus Referral Program is subject to change or termination at any time. Referral bonuses are paid after the referred property owner has completed their first full month of active management with MonoHaus. Self-referrals are not eligible. The referred owner must be a new MonoHaus client who has not previously engaged our services. Referral bonuses are paid via bank transfer to a Japanese bank account or via international wire (transfer fees may apply). MonoHaus reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of fraud or abuse.
