Within one business day of booking we contact you, and the agent or whoever holds the keys, to agree a date.
The inspection
A licensed inspector — an architect (建築士) or a certified home inspector (既存住宅状況調査技術者) — goes through the house, with one of our team there with them. Every room, the structure, roof, damp, plumbing, and anything you asked about.
Your report arrives
Within 5 business days: photos, what's fine, what to watch, what needs fixing now, with rough costs.
We talk it through
A video call if you'd like one. If you then want us to look after the house, we'll quote a monthly plan.
