浜松Chubu
Hamamatsu, halfway between Tokyo and Nagoya on the Tokaido Shinkansen, is a manufacturing city known for musical instruments and motorcycles. It has one of Japan's most established international communities, including many Brazilian residents. Owners here hold rental apartments, family houses by Lake Hamana, and inherited homes in the forested Tenryu hills to the north.
The climate is mild and sunny, but dry, gusty winter winds (Enshu no karakkaze) are a local hallmark. Coastal districts must also plan for a possible Nankai Trough earthquake and tsunami. MonoHaus manages Hamamatsu property in English, from tenant matters to checks on the empty houses in the hills.

地域の特徴Local know-how
Factory work and a large international population keep tenants coming. We handle multilingual tenant communication, lease renewals, move-out inspections and repairs.
Strong winter winds and Pacific typhoons test roofs, fences and windows, and low-lying areas face tsunami risk. We secure exteriors each season and check your property against the city's hazard maps.
