大分Kyushu
Oita calls itself Japan's onsen prefecture, and the steam rising from Beppu and Yufuin makes the point. Beyond the hot-spring towns lie the temple-dotted Kunisaki Peninsula, the castle towns of Usuki and Taketa, and the Kuju highlands, and MonoHaus manages property across them for owners abroad, in English.
Many homes here come with their own hot-spring supply, and onsen water is hard on a house: mineral scale builds in pipes and sulfurous air tarnishes metal. We keep onsen plumbing flowing, air out damp bath areas, and coordinate local trades who know these systems.

地域の特徴Local know-how
Onsen pipes scale up and pumps wear out faster when a house sits empty. We run the water, check temperature and flow, and get blockages cleared before they turn into a full pipe replacement.
Yufuin and the highlands draw steady domestic and overseas visitors. We can manage a holiday rental's guest turnover and cleaning, and advise on minpaku and short-term rental licensing.
