山口Chugoku
At the western tip of Honshu, Yamaguchi faces the Japan Sea to the north, the Seto Inland Sea to the south, and Kyushu across the narrow Kanmon Strait at Shimonoseki. That gives owners a choice of worlds: Hagi's samurai-district houses, quiet fishing villages near Nagato, or Seto-side homes from Iwakuni to Hofu. Whichever you choose, MonoHaus can manage it on your behalf, entirely in English.
The Sanyo Shinkansen stops at several stations across the prefecture, so the southern coast is well connected, while the northern San'in side is slower to reach and more often where empty houses are found. We bridge that distance with regular inspections, seasonal care, and photo reports in English.

地域の特徴Local know-how
The northern coast takes Japan Sea winter winds and salt spray; the southern shore is milder and drier. We set each property's seasonal checklist by which side of the prefecture it sits on.
Hagi's earthen walls, old tiled roofs, and garden walls need sympathetic repair. We coordinate local craftsmen and handle the Japanese paperwork if a preservation district applies.
