青森Tohoku
At the northern tip of Honshu, Aomori combines the apple orchards and castle town of Hirosaki, the Hakkoda mountains and their remote onsen, and the quiet forests around Lake Towada and the Oirase Gorge. International owners come for the scenery and space, and many families abroad hold farmhouses here that were passed down through the generations.
Aomori City gets some of the heaviest snow of any city in Japan, and an empty house here can't simply be left until spring. MonoHaus looks after Aomori homes for absent owners: winter inspections, snow-load checks, keeping pipes from freezing, and English photo reports from the end of the Tohoku Shinkansen line at Shin-Aomori.

地域の特徴Local know-how
On the Tsugaru side, snow piles up fast on roofs and against doors. We arrange roof clearing before the load builds up, check that heating and frost-protected taps are working, and look for leaks once the thaw starts.
The Japan Sea side around Tsugaru and the Pacific side around Hachinohe have different weather, including the cool summer yamase wind in the east. We plan each home's seasonal maintenance around which side of the prefecture it sits on.
Spring (Mar–May)
Summer (Jun–Aug)
Autumn (Sep–Nov)
Winter (Dec–Feb)
Timing is planned around each house — this is the usual rhythm.
