宮崎Kyushu
Miyazaki is Kyushu's long, sunny Pacific shoreline — surf breaks around Hyuga and Aoshima, the Nichinan coast heading south, and the mountain gorges of Takachiho inland. Owners from overseas buy here for a slower coastal life or a surf house, and MonoHaus looks after those homes in English while they are away.
The same open coast that makes Miyazaki appealing puts it in the path of typhoons, and its humid subtropical summers are hard on timber and fabric. We prepare homes before storm season, check them after storms pass, and keep mould at bay through the wet months.

地域の特徴Local know-how
Storms often reach Miyazaki straight off the Pacific. We secure shutters and outdoor items ahead of a typhoon, then inspect roofs, gutters and windows afterwards and send you photos.
The Hyuga-nada coast lies along the Nankai Trough, and an offshore quake in August 2024 led to Japan's first megaquake advisory. We help owners understand local hazard maps and evacuation information, in English.
