佐賀Kyushu
Saga is quiet, rural Kyushu at its most approachable: the castle town and coast of Karatsu, the porcelain kilns of Arita and Imari, and the tea fields and hot springs of Ureshino and Takeo. International owners come here for a farmhouse or a pottery-town home at countryside prices, and MonoHaus looks after those properties for them in English.
Much of Saga sits on the flat, low-lying plain beside the Ariake Sea, where the rainy season and summer downpours can push rivers and drainage channels to their limits. We keep an eye on gutters, drains and ground-floor damp, air the house through the humid months, and send you photo reports so you can see the home's condition for yourself.

地域の特徴Local know-how
Parts of the Saga plain have flooded in recent rainy seasons. We clear drains before the wet months, check for water ingress after heavy rain, and advise on raising vulnerable fittings off the floor.
Saga is a short train ride from Hakata, and the Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen now runs from Takeo-Onsen toward Nagasaki. That makes an inherited Saga home practical to keep, and we handle the upkeep and Japanese paperwork between your visits.
