Job Description

Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery for our international property owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with international property owners
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the property ownership journey
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and client retention
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys
  • Develop client success strategies and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Native or near-native English proficiency
  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred)
  • 3+ years in customer success or account management
  • Experience with international clients preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
