Job Description
Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery for our international property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with international property owners
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the property ownership journey
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and client retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys
- Develop client success strategies and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred)
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with international clients preferred
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
