YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS
From Submission to Full Management
A clear, structured onboarding process so you always know what to expect.
Day 1
Welcome & Property Review
We review your property submission, verify the details, and assign a dedicated property manager. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your manager’s contact information and next steps.
Day 3
Initial Assessment
Your property manager conducts the first on-site inspection. We photograph every room, check all systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roof), and assess the property’s current condition. You’ll receive your first inspection report with 30+ photos.
Day 7
Management Plan
Based on the assessment, we create your personalized management plan: recommended maintenance schedule, rental market analysis (if applicable), and a detailed cost breakdown. We walk you through everything on a video call.
Day 14
Active Management Begins
Your property is now under full MonoHaus care. Seasonal maintenance is scheduled, monitoring begins, and you have 24/7 access to your owner dashboard. If you have tenants, we coordinate the transition.
Day 30
First Monthly Report
Your first comprehensive monthly report is delivered: financial summary, inspection photos, maintenance log, and market update. This is what you’ll receive every month going forward.
