A local tax on property in designated urban areas, billed with fixed-asset tax.
Some municipalities charge city planning tax on land and buildings inside designated urbanisation areas, at up to 0.3% of the assessed value. It arrives on the same bill as fixed-asset tax. Many rural properties aren't subject to it at all.
