用語集Glossary
A person or company in Japan appointed to receive and pay your tax bills.
If you own property in Japan but live abroad, you're normally expected to appoint a tax representative to receive tax notices and pay them for you — for property tax with the municipality, and for national taxes (such as income tax on rent) with the tax office. You notify each authority with a simple form.
